Orient"- a city which was already flourishing when Rome and
Babylon were founded. |

Samarkand
Full
day tour of the historic city of Samarkand. |

Day 4

Shakhrisabz/Bukhara
We
visit Shakhrisabz, the birthplace of Tamerlane-the man who made
so much a difference to Central Asia. Later continue to Bukhara. |

Day 5

Bukhara
Full
day tour of Bukhara- the setting, even today, takes us back to the
days of the Arabian Nights. |

Day 6
|
Bukhara/Urgench
We
experience a whole different landscape as we drive through the Kyzylkum
Desert for Urgench. |

Day 7

Khiva/Tashkent
Morning
tour of Khiva before we drive to Urgench for our flight back to
Tashkent. |

Day 8

Depart Tashkent
We
bid Khayir Sogh Buling, the typical Uzbek farewell, after a memorable
tour. |
