Orient"-a city which was already flourishing when Rome and
Babylon were founded. |

Samarkand
Full
day tour of the historic city of Samarkand. |
| Day 4 |
Shakhrisabz/Bukhara
We visit Shakhrisabz, the birthplace of Tamerlane- the man who made
so much a difference to Central Asia. Later continue to Bukhara. |
| Day 5 |
Bukhara
Full day tour of Bukhara-the setting, even today, takes us back
to the days of the Arabian Nights. |
| Day 6 |
Bukhara/Tashkent
Return
countryside drive on the Silk Road to Tashkent. En route we stop
at local villages. |
| Day 7 |
Depart Tashkent
We
bid Khayir Sogh Buling, the typical Uzbek farewell after a memorable
trip. |
