TOUR SIZES
All tours in this brochure are guaranteed to operate on a minimum of two persons travelling together. We restrict the maximum tour size to twenty to facilitate personalised services and attention.
LANGUAGE OF OPERATION
Tours will be conducted in either English or French, depending upon the date of departure you select.
PRIVATE & CUSTOMISED TOUR PROGRAMS
We will be pleased to arrange a private tour with a customised itinerary. The tour cost will be dependent on the services desired. Please contact us with your requirements.
RESERVATION / DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENT
A deposit of US$500.00 per person is required to make a reservation. Due to limited number of participants we cannot accept tentative reservations. Balance amount is due at least 45 days prior to departure.
CANCELLATION / REFUND
On the land cost cancellation received 45 days prior to departure $500.00 is not refundable. Between 35 and 44 days 50% is non-refundable and 35 days or under 100% is non-refundable. Cancellation of international ticket, after ticketed, will depend on the rules of the carrier concerned. There will be no refund for any unused or partly used services. If refund is due because of circumstances beyond the control of the tour operator, these will be made on the basis of actual cost of services not used and not on a per diem basis.
OPTIONAL TOUR & EXTENSIONS
We will be pleased to assist you with any optional extensions you may require. Most of the tours in this brochure can be combined with each other. In the event you need a private tour, or extension, please contact us.
FLIGHTS SUBJECT TO WEATHER
All Northern Area flights in Pakistan are subject to weather & back load conditions and thus operate on an ad hoc basis. Flights in other countries may also be subject to change / cancellation. Should the flight not operate on the day scheduled as per the itinerary, alternative transportation will be arranged. If any additional costs are involved due to this change, these will have to be paid for locally.
INSURANCE
For your own protection, we recommend that you purchase adequate trip cancellation, medical, baggage, accident and other personal effects insurance. We will be pleased to assist you on your insurance.
CHANGES TO THE ITINERARY
The tour operator has made all attempts to make this brochure as accurate as possible. However, in circumstances beyond our control, changes may occur. We therefore reserve the right to change itinerary, carriers and substitute hotels where necessary. We guarantee that where possible, establishments of similar category and standard will be used.
CANCELLATION BY THE OPERATOR
If the tour is cancelled by the tour operator, only monies received from the passenger(s) will be refunded as full and final settlement.
PRICES
All prices in this brochure are stated in United States Dollars and are based on conversion rates prevailing as at Sep 15, 1999. Changes in the value of the Dollar in relations to various currencies or drastic increase in cost of land / air services may necessitate increase in the tour cost. However, once the tour is paid in full, you are guaranteed against future price increases provided no change is made by the passenger(s) to the original booking.
RESPONSIBILITY
The tour operator and its agents act only as agents for the owners and / or contractors providing the services and means of transportation used in the tours. All tickets and vouchers issued are subject to the terms and conditions under which such services and means of transportation are offered and provided. The tour operator and / or its agents shall assume no responsibility in any way in connection to or with any injury, damage, death, loss, accident, cancellation or delay through acts of default of any company or person engaged in carrying out the arrangements of the tours. No responsibility is assumed for any additional expenses due to delay, omissions, re-routing, changes in schedule or visa rules, other events resulting from improper health certificates or travel documents or as acts of government or authority or any local conditions such as weather, seasonal variation, labour strikes, civil disturbances, political unrest and acts of God.
